He's Just Not That Into You

GV: These types of movies are usually not my thing, but I can’t lie, I did enjoy this one. I watched it with my older sister and before it even started she said to me, “I know exactly which character you’re going to hate”. This gets me all excited, who could it be? Low and behold after only a few minutes of her dialogue I hate her. Gigi, she fucking sucks. And her shpeal to Justin Long should not have won him over. I’m also not the biggest Scarlet Johanson fan but I did like her a lot in this for some reason. I guess it says a lot about me, that I like her most when she plays a homewrecker? Can I call her that? Overall, I can see myself putting this on while doing homework just as some background noise. ⅗ Ben Affleck smirks.

IW: As a die-hard rom-com fan and someone who doesn’t hate women (unlike Gabbie), I was surprised by how much I disliked most of the women in this movie, a movie that banks on you sympathizing with the female characters. Ginnifer Goodwin: whines Jennifer Connelly: annoyed me Jennifer Anniston’s sisters: normie assholes Scarlett Johansson: dumb baby Jennifer Anniston: did not suck Drew Barrymore: barely in the movie. For a movie about how bad men are at dating the women characters were pretty unlikeable. That being said, only two of the male characters were remotely ok and they were Ben Affleck and Justin Long who are both, coincidentally: hot to me.
